Yes. OSlash Copilot can be easily embedded on any website platform such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and others.

As of now, we don’t support access to chat history. 

User/org data is safely stored with OSlash in our permanent data stores.

All we need to get OSlash Copilot up and running is 20 minutes and one member of your engineering team.

Since OSlash Copilot learns from your existing knowledge base and documentation, it will be reasonably well-versed with your org-specific jargon and terminology.

OSlash Copilot supports all the languages that ChatGPT does. Even if your knowledge base is in one language, say English, and your users ask a question in another language, say German, OSlash Copilot will fetch them the right answer, translated into German. 

We take data security and privacy seriously. We understand that our users entrust us with their information, and we are committed to ensuring it remains safe. We do not store any personally identifiable information (PII) of our end-users. We only require organizations to provide a uniquely identifiable key for each user when making requests, to ensure analytics can be mapped to the correct users.

We only collect this unique ID provided by the organization, with no access to any other user data. Additionally, since all questions and answers are based on the product knowledge base, there is no direct traceability to the user who made the query. However, we encourage users to exercise discretion while submitting questions and to not include any private or harmful information therein.
